Covid-19 Vaccination Update – 2nd Doses

Covid-19 Vaccination Update – 2nd Doses

Pier Health is presently calling patients for their 2nd dose vaccinations. This will happen NO LATER than the 11th week after your initial vaccination (if you feel you have been overlooked please contact your GP surgery they will be happy to help).

We initially send our invites via text to the mobile we have on our records. This includes a link that will allow you to book your appointment.

Where we don’t have a mobile phone number or a patient fails to reply we have a number of full-time care coordinators who will call your landline or write to you.

Pier vaccinates between 3000 and 4000 patients per week so the logistics are significant. If you think we may have missed you because it has gone past the 11th week then please contact your GP for surgery.
